Biltek signs 200 million dollar IDIQ with USACE for Iraq Reconstruction;
On November 16th, 2004 Biltek signed an “Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity” contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the amount of 200 million dollar. This IDIQ covers military & civil construction projects in Iraq with one Base Period and three Option Periods each of 50 million dollar.

Biltek proceeds with “Design & Built” works for Sayranban POE after location change of the previously awarded project “Golle POE” upon end user needs and USACE instructions. The challenge was to hit project delivery date after 60 days of work stop; Biltek observed this and prepared an accelerated work schedule. It was a tremendous success.

Biltek & USACE sign 108 million dollar Modification for Option Period One in Iraq ;
On September 27th, 2005 Biltek signed the first modification of the IDIQ to double the amount of Option Period One from 50 milliondollarup to 108 million dollar. This was a result of the high performance, qualified teams, ability to adapt & mobilize to different locations on a time manner and customer satisfaction strategy that Biltek demonstrated in the previous year; during which Biltek was carrying on works in 6 different locations in Iraq at the same time.
