HISTORY
Biltek, which was established on 09 October 1997 by 3 scholar friends at the same university during 70s, is the initials of the words “Bilgi ve Teknoloji (Infor- mation & Technology)”.
Biltek, as befitting to its name, concluded a lot of great businesses from sub- structure to superstructure, from projects to constructions either inland or abroad in a short time with the power sourcing from harmonious collaboration and ac- cumulated knowledge between its partners.
Biltek has been continuously enlarging its activity area abroad either by open- ing branches or establishing partnerships. It continues its activities as KAZAKH TURKISH INVESTMENT in Kazakhstan, BILTEK MANAS in Kyrgyzstan, BILTEK IRAQ in Iraq, BILTEK GULF in gulf countries, BILTEK AFGHAN in Afghanistan, and AL BOURAAL MODEAA in Libya.
Biltek has been going on to construct “livable locations” with its strong and dy- namic structure and also with its chart showing a rising curve.
