Scope of Work	• Design and construction of the Afghanistan National Army (ANA) Special Operations Brigade North (SOB-N) at CampJohnPratt, Mazar-e-Sharif including following facilities; • 4 ea Officers Barracks • 7 ea NCO Barracks • 5 ea Student Classroom Building • 2 ea Latrine Building • 5 ea Laundry Building • 3 ea Small Arms Storage • 1 ea DFAC • 1 ea Medical Clinic • 3 ea Headquarters Building • 1 ea Tactical Operations Center • 4 ea Barracks Medium • 1 Fitness Center • 3 ea Storage • 1 ea Motor Pool • 1 ea Fuel Storge and Vehicle Refueling Point • 1 ea Vehicle Maintenance Facility • 1 ea POL Storage • 1 ea Logistics Building • 1 ea Fire Station • 1 ea Ammo Supply Point • Site improvements,demolition, grading and drainage, existing road maintenance, new roads and ditches, sidewalks, new wells, water storage tanks, water distribution, wastewater treatment plant (WWTP), wastewater distribution, electrical power generation, electrical distribution, entry control point (ECP), perimeter fence, collapsible soil mitigation, gutters, and all other incidental requirements specified herein for a complete and usable Special Operations Brigade.
